Bernum Technologies provides web design, development, digital marketing, and related services. Our website is bernum.ca. When you hire us, we'll provide a detailed agreement outlining what we'll deliver.

2. What We Need From You

• Accurate information about your project
• Content and materials in a timely manner
• Feedback and approvals when requested
• Payment according to agreed terms

3. Payment Terms

• Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• We typically require a deposit before starting work
• Final payment is due before project delivery/launch
• Late payments may incur additional fees

4. Ownership & Rights

Once you've paid in full, you own the final work we create for you. We may use the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. Any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, etc.) are subject to their own licenses.

5. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions (specified in your quote). Major changes or additional work beyond the original scope may require additional fees.

6. Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project, let us know as soon as possible. Deposits are generally non-refundable as they cover work already completed. We'll work with you fairly based on the circumstances.

7. Our Liability

We do our best to deliver quality work, but we can't guarantee specific results (like sales increases or search rankings). Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.
